Works in Tough Environment
The K2 AHD/CVI/TVI 720P/1080P (8MP) video balun designed to work in the toughest environment. With a wide operating temperature range (-10 to 55 degree C), storing temperature range (-20 to 70 degree C), and humidity tolerance, this device is built to last.
Cable Compatibility
A pair of these baluns work together to transmit the video signal from a CC camera via UTP cables. Compatible UTP cables for these baluns are CAT5, 5e, 6 but we suggest installing category 6 cable for longer distances since they perform slightly better.Â
Lossless Signal Transfer
For cameras and DVRs using AHD/CVI technology, the K2 AHD/CVI/TVI 720P/1080P (8MP) video balun offers lossless signal with up to 300-meter long UTP cable. The length is limited to 200 meters for the TVI technology.
Support for Analog Video Standards
Modern analog video signals such as AHD, HDTVI, HDCVI are supported by the K2 8mp video balun. You can use it to transmit 1080p resolution videos, or 720p videos when you need to save on data space.
Surge and Transient Protection
